Apples and nuts are just snacks on this lifestyle and should not be consumed in large amounts.
Permalink Reply by Ruta Vaitiekute on January 31, 2012 at 5:28am Why? I agree with nuts but apples? I love them and I eat them at least as one meal in two days. They are the most common fruit and if you want some fruit from your local area you will definitively get apples wherever you live.
Permalink Reply by Jelle on January 25, 2012 at 5:39am To many apples, last weekend I had an event and I eat like 15 whole apples a day for three days! and had several days this week I had 10 or more, besides the problem they are getting a bit boring... I don't think you can overeat on them :D Nuts and other fatty food (durian/advocado) you can definitely overeat on those, try not getting more then 10% of your total daily calorie intake from them.
I know It may be hard to get enough tropical fruits in Germany on this moment (I live in Holland and feel the pain) so I do compensate with eating apples and pears. (tip: buy boxes of bananas, oranges and tangerines)
Cheerio and contact me if you want some more help.

Permalink Reply by Ruta Vaitiekute on January 31, 2012 at 5:33am In the beginning of my journey (2,5 months ago) I wrote a blog "Overeating". And I was convinced that there is no such thing :D Believe me, I was very worried but now I know that if I eat more I even tend to lose more weight :D I'm still on my journey to that body :) And allergic reaction could be a part of detoxification or maybe those apples have chemicals in them. In time it's very easy to feel which fruit are chemical free, you taste it and you know :) Awesome.
