30 Bananas a Day!

An I currently trying to lose wieght and only doing moderate exercise 2-3 times a week.  If ate unlimited dates until I'm full, will this slow down my weight loss or have any negative effects?

Are they dried or fresh?

I see. I'd try another fruit then, perhaps bananas. I say so because I hardly noticed any changes or benefits when I made (dried) dates my staple.

Hey i wouldn't eat unlimited dried dates but the fresh moist super-yummy dates are quite easy to order online. 

Hmm good question I was wondering about this too they are so yummy but so high in calories!

There wouldn't be any negative effects, just try to lean towards fresh/soaked dates rather than dried, I've had way too many an occasion where I've pigged out on dried dates and it leaves me with a big, uncomfortable belly.

Personally, I suspect dates make me gain weight. I think this because it happens every winter, usually a bit more than 5 pounds. I suppose it could be other things like less physical activity (I'm still active in the winter), but this didn't happen before I was ordering a big box from Bautista dates every week. They are raw, organic, and semi-fresh and this still happens. 

I'd be careful if you are trying to lose weight. 

Yea that's what I figured.  I've been eating around 15-20 a day.  I think that's not too bad.  I was eating some today though and they're so goddamn chewy and sweet and delicious and I wanted to eat like 50 lol but I thought that would actually be way too much since they're dried.
