bored really? grapes, apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, cantaloupe, watermellon, canary melon, oranges, grapefruits, tangerines, lychees, longan,mangoes,papaya,pineapple,cucumber, tomatoe, pepper,cherimoya,coconut,marrow,okra, dates and bananas.
i did not list a single vegetable there, i eat veg when i am bored with the above. ps. i never eat veg.
and everything you buy in a supermarket or restaurant is made with the above ingredients. only they cook it until there is nothing good left.
Nope, I've never gotten bored in the whole 1 1/2 years being a raw vegan. :) Its always 'fun'.
I wouldn't "worry" about getting bored.. if you get bored then you get bored. But don't preemptively assume you will. Eventually what will happen is you will lost the desire to be entertained by your food and begin to like it for its satiation value and instinctively pleasing taste. Most food today came about as a means of entertainment rather than a means of optimally fueling the body.. fruit is not like it in that respect.
your body recognizes the nutrients in the food, and this is why we crave it, i dont know about anyone else but i seriously cant get enough bananas, or any other fruit really
