30 Bananas a Day!

I've been pretty sick lately and I'm trying to pin point what's going on...

There hasn't been many major changes other than I'm not able to work from home and it's been the first time in years when I've been able to get a decent night sleep everynight and wake up fully refreshed the next day...

I was just wondering if this may be the reason...Now that I'm able to fully relax, my body has been able to generate enough stress to detoxify a little more?

I think you've got it, you've finally chilled out, gotten enough sleep, and allowed your body to use the energy it needed to finish cleaning house. I've been sleeping on average 12 hours recently, and I definitely notice a bit of detox. 

 

So it's not so much that it's making you sick...the body is performing perfectly at all times relative to the conditions you are presenting it with. So if being "sick" with a runny nose, coughing, etc. is what your body needed to do to expel toxins, that's a good thing! :D
