I have never really been to sure how much exercise is needed to go along with my diet. say im getting around 1800-2,600 calories a day... is there much exercise i would need to do in efforts of maintaining my weight?
1800 cals is good if you want to stay unfit and have a slow metabolism combined with foggy brain function and constantly craving foods that would make you feel sick if you ate em.
up the carb cals bro. few days a week or every day of the week, chow down some 4000cal fruit days. youll be feeling like 10 men in no time. :)
