i went to cronometer plugged in my details and added that i would like to loose a pound per week. it suggests 1385 calories on the 811 diet. Is this sounding right? If i try to work out (im light headed and weak) should i eat the calories i burn in addition to the 1385 suggested?
Also looking to find Phx, Arizona peeps...if your out there

You can easily change it to a more appropriate number by clicking the field where it says how many calories remain. That will give a pop-up where you can enter your own values.
Permalink Reply by oxabbsxo on November 23, 2011 at 11:21am just ignore what cronometer says and set your caloric goal for 2,500. done:)
Permalink Reply by Robert K on November 23, 2011 at 6:41am Go for 2500 calories MINIMUM every day. More if you do any exercise or a decent amount of thinking. If you restrict or eat less than that, you have no chance of keeping up with this diet, as you'll just binge. Keep using cronometer, just don't worry about the recommended calorie amount, just go for 2500+ and you'll do really well. Keep up with the fruit and gl :)
Permalink Reply by Kimberry on November 23, 2011 at 7:50am Do you have it set to 80/10/10?
If not, click "Profile" on the top right, then in the "Macronutrient Ratio Targets" box select LFRV/30bananasaday.com
Then back on the main Diary page click the "Energy" bar and change the minimum to 2500.
That should help. :)
Also... Don't bother with the "Weight Goal" box, it will only change the amount of calories it says you should be eating. Strive for 2500 even if you're trying to lose weight. This isn't a typical 'diet', so it has nothing to do with restricting calories. Honestly it won't do anything but make you hungry. If you exercise, eat more. :)
Oh, and http://www.30bananasaday.com/profiles/members/?q=Arizona
Good luck!
