For Calcium, alot of dates and alot of greens. I'm never deficient in this according to cronometer.
For Selenium, either a brazil nut/day or eat alot of bananas. I'm usually pretty good with selenium except the days I don't eat any bananas. I rarely actually hit 100% though but usually I'm fairly high but I don't do the brazil nut thing.
Figs are also high in calcium (gram for gram they beat dates)
