Hi,
ifyou buy orange juice, which is pasterized carefully and sold in frigerator, how much Fibre is in it ?
The one I saw has only 3 g per Litre. That seemed to be a bit too less.
And I didn´t know if it was vegan

Permalink Reply by mickster on June 23, 2012 at 4:27pm I get oranges shipped to my house from Florida. Then put in vita mix. Thats vegan yo.

Permalink Reply by Herro World on June 23, 2012 at 5:26pm I'd rather drink rotten raw unpasteurized unfiltered oranges juice although that would be fermented and not allowed to be talked about on this site. Fresh is the only option if your trying to stay alive.

If you cannot get oranges in your area or have them shipped to you, then you really should not eat them. It is better to eat fresh. I am blessed to have my own Valencia orange tree in my back yard, and if I have none available, I buy them from the Farmer's Market, and if they are out of season, I don't eat them.
