Building mass with the popular workout program P90X. I am really having success and enjoying the fruits of my efforts.
I recover with lots of bananas and fruits. Usually on a good banana day I eat about 40.
I will be starting a website soon that will go into detail about my lifestyle and offer tips to anybody. Topics will range from survival skills (making rope from wild plants, building huts, swinging from trees), to fruitarian diet, athletics, science, and foraging for food.
For now, I am just getting started on a you tube collection of videos. Bear with me while I add more.
