No, my gessings would be that they tend towards 60/20/20 (I hope for their own sake). We can't know unless someone ask for their median numbers for a week or month.
But if someone would ask about their "macronutrient ratio" they would probably say: "Duuuuuhh.. ok? I never count my calories, I don't have to, I'm awesome, here, look at this empirical study I've done that doesn't prove or say anything particular, buy this juicer for $500 and don't forget to come back for another 3 week course when.. erhm.. if you get sick again!" ^_^
Sadly, also, for the average man in the street (who wants to 'eat more healthily' but doesn't make radical changes in food-style) just eating more fruit may not give them the health benefits they desire.
