Any ladies here have success in getting your breast cysts to disappear on LFRV? And if so, how long did it take to see results? I am hoping to not have to go to the dr. for these again! She always wants me to get a mammo, too, which I am not thrilled about!! It's been several years since I had them aspirated, but they are getting pretty painful.

I eat LFRV most days, but admit to having trouble on the weekend because my husband is not on-board.. Very difficult for me on the weekends, but my cysts are getting more painful, so I will just have to make a stronger stand when he asks me out to cooked dinner!
Permalink Reply by Leeeeeeena on Please please please DO NOT go and get a mammo. If a screening is absolutely essential, then ask for an ultrasound instead. Coz tits are so dense, mammo uses such high radiation dose to penetrate through.
Permalink Reply by Cyndee on Believe me.. I do not want a mammo! I had 2 of them (years ago) and they hurt like hell!! My cysts are very, very tender.. I am trying to avoid going to my breast doctor because I know she will push the mammo.
Btw.. I have been drinking a quart of green smoothies every day for about a week, and intend on continuing on with them... Maybe I should drink more than a quart per day.. (?)
