Permalink Reply by Luk on September 18, 2012 at 5:16am Hi, Brittany. Something in your diet is probably irritating you. I think it is so simple. Your job is to find out what it is. I doubt it is some large group (like sweet fruit as Kasay sugested). It might be one type of food or some combination you eat. What I would basically do is to eliminate one by one and experiment this way. I definately do not believe it is detox.
