So I've been reading quite a lot of books on nutrition, including fit for life, 80/10/10 diet and The China Study and think I've got the nutrition thing figured out ;)
What I've come to realise is that I am completely ignorant when it comes to sports. I do yoga and go jogging sometimes, but really, I don't know a thing when it comes to working out. I'd really like to buy a couple of books on sports. How it works, what you should be doing, what is healthiest, how much cardio/strength training. Kind of like the nutrition books I've been reading, just in sports version:)
Any book recommendations?
