Hi folks,
I just came across „bodyrock tv“ which is providing a 30-day-challenge throughout may. What I like about it are the short, intense workouts which would help me safe a lot of time. I still want to run, but lately I have only been making it 2-3 times a week and thought I could up my workout with bodyrock tv-sessions in the morning.
Anyone ever done it? Can you recommend it or is it a waste of time? I feel a bit flab so I really want to tone up, get rid of that little jelly on my belly and some cellulite on my thighs :-) Nothing major - just want to look slimmer and fitter, more like Freelee.
Lots of love, xox
Steffi

Permalink Reply by Agnes on May 2, 2012 at 12:29am Hey! Yes I have done body rock before, not consistently like everyday (because I would always get sore the day after) but every two or three days. I must say my muscle improved so greatly! I could do pushups when I couldn't even do one before. Also I did these workouts in the winter because I did not want to run in the cold. When it got warm out again I did not have a problem running or getting tired during it. The cardio built into the workouts is really great. I like to jump rope too =) I just know now that if I had been LFRV when I did the workouts I would have gotten much better results. Maybe I will try again soon =) The only thing is that these workouts are really difficult for me lol. But afterwards I must say it is rewarding =).
There is research that supports high intensity over short bursts that says this is really great for the body.

Permalink Reply by Yulia on May 4, 2012 at 3:40pm Hey, check out Zuzka Light channel on YouTube. Zuzana is used to be on bodyrock tv, but since she and her ex husband divorced, she left bodyrock and created her own channel. I like her and her videos better then current hosts, she doesn't push any equipment sales, so most of her exercises are aimed to use your own body weight. Also the videos are mach better and fun to watch. There are still many of her videos on bodyrock.tv
