Since starting my transition to 811 I have also started exercising regularly for the first time in my life!! I am very proud of myself for doing this!!
I want to start to decrease my body fat and want advice from the pros on here. Right now I take a class at the gym twice a week that is bicycle and weights and it's pretty intense. Some weeks I add yoga to that or jump on the rebounder at home and do some weight exercises. I bought Roger Haske's program and use a couple of his moves but have yet to sift through all the information, there is alot.
Here are my questions:
How much exercise during the week do I need to be shooting for to decrease body fat? How many times a week, for how long?
What kind of exercise in your experience works the best for this kind of goal?
How long does it take to loose body fat? What are reasonable goals that I should be aiming for?
Any other advice?
I would really like to hear some responses from the ladies who have had some experience with this too.
