Best place to get fruit in Los Angeles/Santa Monica?

We are heading to the Los Angeles/Santa Monica/San Fernando Valley tomorrow. Does anyone know of any spots to get good cheap fruit?

Ralphs is ok sometimes and Jons and other discount markets kinda suck but worth a try for the price

There are a lot of farmer's markets. Just google LA farmer's markets and see if there are any you can hit up.
