Hey all! What are the best greens to eat? I'm trying to make up for not getting enough calcium in the past, and so I've been doing kale, spinach, and parsley, but I've heard some people say on here that kale and spinach actually aren't good for you, and that LETTUCE is the best green - but isn't lettuce rather low in nutrients?

If you ever run across a Thai farmer, they'll know what you mean. Very mild, tasty, and juicy with fun crunchy stems.

Permalink Reply by Jolita Brilliant on August 14, 2012 at 6:44pm if all is not absorbed spinach still gives you more calcium, its ok, i would not recommend juicing too much, but eating in salads and adding to smoothie is great in my opinion. i love the wild weeds, they are fun to eat in salads! like purslane, high in omegas.
