BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS

i wanted to see if any body had any before and after photos to inspire us. they could be before and after 811, before and after going raw, before and after a special training program, before a 10km run and after the 10km ANYTHING!!

next month i am going to have a hair make over. i will be working as a model of a loreal competition i promise to post pics of that.

I just went through 5 pages of comments and seen no before/after pics. I'd love to see a thread not spammed with comments all saying the same thing, I looked up before and afters and found the same thing. Hard to show someone else anything of value if I'm skimming through pages and pages of crap that cause the page to load sooooo slowllyyyyy. Anyone know of a thread like that?

Moth chose to delete their own member account and all of its content. The way our network works, if a member deletes their own content, it is gone for ever.

While moth might be gone, there are some recent posts here that are looking pretty good and are of current interest.
