So I let some of my bananas get too ripe and instead of composting them I put them in the freezer with the hopes of making some banana icecream with them. But the days went by and I just kept putting it off! Now I've had like 10 peeled bananas in my freezer for about a month (maybe more), and was wondering what the nutritional value was like after all this time? Regardless, I will make my icecream with them, but I just wanted to know how good they are after being frozen for so long. Thanks!
