Just thought Harley might like to read this article;

If I'm understanding it correctly, it's suggesting that people with an Intrinsic Factor problem can take a daily 1000 μg under-the-tongue dose of B12 as an alternative to injections, because 1.2% of the oral dose is apparently still absorbed.
Just thought you might like to check into this to see if it's a viable alternative to injections.
Permalink Reply by andrius7 on Yes it is true that about 1% is still absorbed even if you are lacking IF. However, it is even more effective to use sublingual.
