I got my b-12 levels tested yesterday and they came up as 849! (I forget the units) but apparently normal range is between like 136 and 914. I laughed out loud I was so relieved. Should I still take the injections I bought just for s's and g's?

Permalink Reply by Mandy Walker on December 11, 2011 at 4:02am I have no idea. I actually bought injections cuz I thought they were low, but then I got em tested today. I have no clue why they are as good as they are.

Permalink Reply by PK on December 11, 2011 at 8:17am I do not recommend the injections. Give it about half year to a year and get tested again.
People with a healthy gut may still make some of their own B-12, so it is not necessary for everyone, just because they are vegan, to take the injections and supplements.
Congratulations and thanks for testifying!
Peace, PK
