I've been 90% + raw vegan since last year and 100% since April this year. For the last few weeks I've had flu-like achiness, malaise and joint pain. I even gave up nightshades the last 10 days thinking this might be the problem even though I've never had sensitivity before. I normally eat between 2500-3000 calories of mostly dates and bananas and supplement with melons, citrus, green leafy, carrots and coconut water. Don't eat any overts at all. My sleep is not optimal because I work odd hours up to 14 hrs per day and a lot of nights. My outdoor time is also limited because of this. When I do exercise it's usually a 4-5 mile walk maybe 3 times a week and light weights and stretching. The other time spent at work I am mostly sitting on my bum. Are these normal detox symptoms or should I be worried? I'm not a hypochondriac and haven't had any health issues and haven't seen a doctor in years. I'm 34 and think it might be a little early for joint problems.
