30 Bananas a Day!

I read that it's different from other oils and eating even large quantities are okay. How much would be moderate amount? I heard that it's good for killing candida because of its antifungal properties. Would eating large quantities of this oil increase the chance of heart attack?

Oil is not a health food.

Eating large quantities of any oil will increase your chances of a heart attack and decrease your phyisal performance. ALL oils will do this.
