I'm sure most of you have seen by now that I'm pregnant.
The last couple of days I have lost my appetite for pretty much everything. I can still drink my orange juice, and eat apples no problem. But I have no desire for anything else. I have a box of bananas sitting there that I just don't want to touch. I'm going to try some watermelon today too.
Apparently it's normal, but I don't want to be left with no energy. I enjoy working out everyday afterall. Plus, I have low glucose levels according to a recent blood test. Oranges, apples and watermelon... gonna be hard to get in enough cals on those foods... and I'm not into dates by themselves.
I guess my question is, should I be forcing myself to eat? I am a big believer in listening to my body. Do you think it could be a healing thing? Should I eat whatever I can whether it's 811 or not so that I have something in my belly? I don't know whether I should restrict myself.
Any advice would be great, I know there's quite a few mums on here, so I would love some guidance.

I was raw vegan when I first got pregnant, and tried hard to maintain it, but every raw fruit and veggie, even just the sight of it, made me sick to my stomach. So I ate plain boiled potatoes and pineapple almost exclusively throughout the first trimester. My appetite for fresh foods came back in full swing once I hit 12 weeks. Listen to your body and drink plenty of fluids. Congratulations and have a beautiful pregnancy!! :)

So even if it's not 811 I should just eat what I can? I do feel hungry, I just don't have a desire for anything. Sounds like it won't be for long, I'm about 7 or 8 weeks now.
It's good to have some reassurance that my appetite will come back soon =)
