30 Bananas a Day!

Anyone wanna aim for 100% in October? I'm also gonna try & workout everyday, gotta get this pregnancy weight off :-)
I could make a group for it if anyone's interested. We could do before & afters stats/pics too, and check in with each other every few days.

second this, i think eatin 100% is easier than eatin 60% 90%, 80%... because cooked food is kind of addictive, at least I can'nt eat just a little rice or potatoes, i'll end eating more cooked than raw if i do that. its like a drug for me..so, I'm in too :)!!!

I am totally in.  I just started this month so I'm still transitioning a bit...and waiting for my 811 book to get here.  But I've been able to just jump right in and I'm feeling great so far.  Anyway, next week I'm going on vacation so I'm a little worried how that will go but I'm going to bring lots of fruit with me.  I'm sure most restaurants have salads so it should be ok.  And yep, I really need to exercise alot more, so a supportive group sounds great!  I think I'll go for a walk now that I'm thinking about it...  :)
