Hi Derek!

My wife and I are moving to Hanoi in the beginning March!  I just got a job flying for Air Mekong.  I have never been to Vietnam before so it is going to be a huge change for us.  We currently live in Florida.  I am super stoked about the all the fresh fruit and can't wait to get some local Durian.  Have you ever been to Hanoi? I am currently researching the availability of quality fruits and veggies, but I don't think I am going to have a problem eating raw out there.
