Closest train station is Ronda, and there is a bus from Ronda daily (leaving Ronda around 1pm) that gets right to the festival! Ronda is also a very nice town to visit, set on a big rock with high cliffs around and a pretty famous bridge.

neil! :) ~ nothing has yet changed my end..unfortunately..and you getting me quite literally addicted to dates isn't helping the situation! i accidently ate around 10 000 cals one day last week...and im still tapering my exercise!! **just so tasty** :D

hey James great to hear from you!!!!  Wish you could make the festival but I know its not really possible.  Maybe next year!  We're almost ready to go to Spain now, just a couple more weeks.  We've sold just about everything we own!!!

10,000 cals of dates is pretty impressive but I can definitely relate, they are just so damn tasty!  We got 100kg of great watermelon last week and were eating 3-4kg a day each.  I was surprised how much I could eat and my running was better than ever.  I hear the melons in spain are great and super cheap (always helps :P).

Hope things pick up on your end but you've got to make things happen as well. ;-)

I confirm, melons in Spain are really good, and cheap! Summer is a good time to eat for little and live for the max!

theres a blog i'll try to find about watermelons, iceburg and their relation to hyponatremia. watermelon and iceburg acturlly remove sodium from the body..a chap was eating almost only that for a couple of months with dramatic results. i find the blog post. :)

and you very right, i must, I Must, I MUST! ;)
