It seems to be dates for me! supper disapointed because dates are the only reason I get enough calories. plus dates areso good!

Permalink Reply by Molly Locklove on May 19, 2012 at 5:19am you're probably getting the same effect as if you ate loads of chocolate, the sugar and calories are similar from what i've seen, also dates are sweeter than chocolate. I had the same the first time i had a handful of dates, felt like i ate spoonfulls of sugar or syrup. Bananas are also good for covering calories!
