Hey all- No im not trying to stalk you :-) I just need some support. I have been trying to transition for over a month, make it a week or so and then binge like crazy. It makes me so angry, i feel so great when i eat fresh, and then i feel heavy and gross. I was a SERIOUS SAD eater, mainly feasting on fast food and junk... seriously, i would have candy or ice cream or chips as a MEAL.
Its especially hard trying to transition with my husband LOVING the junk food :-0
Any support would be great :-) Im half a newbie here in NC (ive only been down here alittle over a year) from New York. SO im sure any support to keep me on track would be beneficial.
