Since going raw vegan my period is getting lighter and lighter....its pretty light actually( Aren't I a repetitive girl lol XD). But seriously i'm having hell cramps. Any pain relief ideas?

Saunas and steam rooms with some yoga stretching and of course water. That's what helps me.
