Permalink Reply by AJ on yooo that's probably me. and yeah, i have noticed that but i still stick to my roots of punk/metal. anyone heard of gogol bordello? i've loved them for years and lately it's become a complete obsession. more so than my music taste changing, it's my style that got hit hard. i still loove my combat boots and plaid pants but i've been wearing a lottt more colors lately, where i used to wear exclusively black and/or red.
Permalink Reply by Carlie on Yeah! thats what i find weird is that, as you get healthier you can start understanding why ''normal'' people like ''normal'' music ALMOST.. (never mcdonalds music on the radio tho) cause you kind of just appreciate sounds more? does that sound normal lol? But honestly i could never give up my evil goth music. And i really listen to dark stuff. And i still love gore/horror but i did notice since ive been more raw the horror stuff seems more horrific than usual LOL. What kind of music is Gogol Bordello? I dont know them
Permalink Reply by AJ on gypsy punk!! i listen to them at the gym too, and in the car, and when i'm walking places, and getting ready.. all the time. if you're into punk check out the song immigraniada or immigrant punk. my favorites right now though are tribal connection and supertheory of supereverything. SO AMAZINGGG. best live performance i've ever seen, as well. saw them new years eve in nyc whatwhattt.

I still listen to metal, and I can't see that changing. The older I get, the heavier my tastes seem to get.
