I liked the website, and out of curiosity I got her program for helping to stay focused on fruit. Many, many good points to her program. Simple, friendly, exact and easy to listen to a few times for reinforcement.
I would highly recommend anyone 'struggling' to stay in the fruit bin to get it and have an angel look over you from time to time.

Swayze has a great website. I bought her program "How to Conquer Cooked Food Cravings In 21 days"
Very helpful for those new to low fat raw.
I will write a full review at a later date.

Am I missing something? All I see is a landing page to sign up for her newsletter? Do you have to sign up for her newsletter to access the site? I don't really like that. I get way too much email as it is. :-) But if it is really good I might do it.

Swayze's great! Audrey, you can just click on 'blog' and not get her newsletter. I like signing up because then I get an email when she updates her blog.

And Yukiko, I'll try to shoot some more videos this upcoming year. It's just I'm lazy and it's so much easier for me to sit down and write an article then get out the camera. Plus, my camera skills leave something to be desired...but I'll make a concerted effort nonetheless! ;)
