from the article it doesnt sound like she is on a raw diet. but more like, she is on a eating disordered restriction diet.
raw is abundance not restriction.
Just because you've limited your food items down to a few vegetables, its not really a raw diet in my head.
God!! she needs to do her research, maybe if she focussed on health she would realise how fabulous and easy this way of living is...But i guess for AManda it's a diet!! and diets are short term, never a life style!
And dear god it isn't about deprivation, anything but...sheesh i would be cranky pants too just eating spinach for lunch, geez she has to get a clue...btw i don't know who she is.....
After reading the article, I get the impression that this was extracted from what was probably a nice conversation about her life or her work, but this sort of thing sells so they cut everything from the article except for "what's wrong with Amanda Seyfried". I highly doubt she complained about her diet and popped pills for the entire interview.
Either way, she's right. She does have to be that thin or else she won't work as much.
I really like spinach, haha. I could probably sit and eat it like that, but after eating a bunch of fruit.
