Transition into 80 10 10 day two: Ran for 5 mins (I know, it's not much but due to my current level of fitness it's as long as I can go for at this stage), got back; sat down and suddenly my surroundings don't seem so cloudy.

just trust it! I noticed improved eyesight after 2 weeks raw vegan (just raw and vegan, not particular 811) too.
Hmm... It's time to do it again. And stick to it. :-)
Running is also really great, isn't it? Wait how much you'll improve on that! :-)

Then my chest starts to hurt so I stop and go again when I feel rested. I look forward to the day I can run longer than one minute!
This is one of those amazing things everyone notices after going raw. Some two days, some two weeks, whatever. It happened to me and I swear, I couldn't believe my eyes! :P
We all know the feeling!!!

Isn't that nice? Definitely a possible benefit. After I few weeks 811 I had better night vision and could again drive at night.
