30 Bananas a Day!

I have been on 100% raw low fat for full 14 days this time around...

Actually, I've been low fat raw before but WITH salt.

No overt fats.


I am not very active, but I train with a personal trainer for an hour 4 times a week.


I sleep for 10 hours each night and only drink water (I never used to drink anything else).


However, although I did lose some weight this time around it is very slow, and although I would be happy for the progress to continue as it is now, I am not sure it will, so I am wondering if there is anything you see as a necessary change for my mood and weight loss to pick up!


One thing I know is not best and that I do daily is a smoothie with bananas, raspberries and OJ - all fresh (around 750 ml), I have this twice daily.

Once I get home I will have either strawberries (around 450 g) or 2 melons or organic lettuce head or 2 bananas.

That is all I eat and I drink at least 3 L of water a day.

I stop eating at 18h.


I ve been only on bananas for 3 days, training everyday, but I lost my appetite and on my second day had 7 bananas in total, maybe 9 the next day, so I stopped.

huni you need to eat a lot more! just a while the results will show. make sure you are getting 2000 calories minimum
I will try, but most fruit I really enjoy are low cal and make me full fast (like melons...yummy!).
I kind of thought that smoothies take my cal consumption way up high (they are freshly made but in a juice bar near by, so I have no idea how many cals they really have).
If you really enjoy watermelon much more than other fruits there is a good chance you may be dehydrated also, not saying melon isn't AMAZING because I love it myself.... buuuut I have observed this sort of "craving" for melons with many dehydrated ppl over the years (including myself on occasions), good to keep in mind :) I feel the more hydrated you are the more attracted to high cal fruits you will be.

You're not eating enough fruit, go to nutridiary.com and work out how many calories you need to MAINTAIN your current weight and aim for this with sweet fruits. The only way to sustainably lose fat is through increasing your fitness so you need to eat enough to fuel your workouts or else you will become fat skinny and be a fat-storer instead of a fat-burner...

When we are fit on this lifestyle we never have to restrict our calories, completely the opposite actually - we have to make sure we get enough....and to get fit we have to consume enough calories or else we are just forcing ourselves to workout in an undercarbed state which is unsustainable and quite frankly it sux.
