30 Bananas a Day!

just received this email through ESA. one of the esoldiers (no less than a sargent actually!) has written to all candidates for the up and coming april 23, 2012 election to find out where they stand on various animal issues.

if you are an albertan, please follow the instructions and quiz the candidates!

doing so is one way of letting them know you are watching them!!

in friendship,

prad

====

I'm sending this to you because you're a friend who is compassionate and I know
you care a lot about animals and their environment.    Albertans will be voting
on April 23/12.   While candidates are vying for our votes, it's an excellent
opportunity to influence the political process by letting them know which
issues are important to us.  Ask the candidates if they'll support whatever it
is that's important to you, so you can make an informed decision before
carefully considering who should have the privilege of your vote.    It's a
chance to give a voice to the voiceless so please speak up and, regardless of
who you feel will best represent your interests, please vote.

Here's some questions to consider,  although there's certainly many more - too
many to list here.    Most of these issues are overlooked in election campaigns
but we can change that.  Ask questions of your candidates at your door, at
election forums, via email or phone.

A. Here's how to find their contact info:
Go to http://wtv.elections.ab.ca/wtParties.cfm?MID=PA1&ED=12
Select your Electoral Division
Select each candidate and follow the link to their contact info

B. Here's what to ask them:

Got to http://esoldieractivation.info/x-aeq12.html

You'll find all the questions in mostly plain text.

Now, you can copy and paste from B. into your respective candidates' form easily.

Send your questions to the candidates and keep at them to answer!
