hey guys! I'm happy to say i feel completely confident in my diet now. The cravings are gone, and I'm living the wonderful, fruity life of abundance and pure bliss. Ahhh.
but my question is this: I LOVE the way exercise makes me feel SOO good afterward and I know it's extremely important.... and it's not even a motivation issue. I'm motivated! but I just get SO bored. We own a treadmill and there's a gym in my town and everything, but I can't handle the monotony of jogging on a treadmill for an hour just to get exercise. (and the weather isn't that great most of the year in my area)....
So I'm wondering if you all could tell me what you do to make exercise fun?! what types of things do you do? etc....
Thanks so much! Have a wonderful fruit filled day :)

If you like running, maybe there's a track team around your area - throw a little friendly competition in it :). Scout out a local marathon and try to find people to train for it together. Check into triathalons and see if there are training groups for those. Having a goal you're building towards makes the daily effort more enjoyable.
Running in the rain and snow is actually a lot of fun. Of course, I live in a rural area so don't have to bother with traffic. But its amazing how alive the world is when the rain is coming down. I'd go nuts if I had to train on a treadmill. Yuk.
For nice weather runs, bringing along music helps tremendously. I sometimes also download talks that I want to listen to.
Put effort in to download your favourite music or get into some podcasts or audiobooks!
My exercise time is something I Iook forward to because it I love what I am listening to.

If you think the time is too short - just add some exercises of your own, or do the same circuit once again. I love this, high intensity, short workouts. When I was younger I used to do kickboxing, but now I don't have the time nor the money. Last year I was going to the totally fresh and new gym, but I had a really hard time figuring out how people found it so fun to lift a weight (slowly up and down..), so it can't be much better than this :) No time, no money, and absolutely not boring! ^^,
I also like to do skipping when I have (or take) a little more time. Alternate your jumping and see how long you can make it :)
Have the best day! Now it's bedtime for me (:
