Cronometer said that if I wanted to lose 2 pounds a week on this lifestyle I needed to eat less than 1300 calories each week....is that true? Or if I'm mostly eating fruits and veggies and running every other day(about an hour) should I eat the recommended 2500 cals or would that make me gain weight?

It will add up to 700 per day minimum unless you are dead or near dead. Then ad calories for exercise or physical activity like house cleaning.
I am a house cleaner by trade 6 hrs per day 7 days per week including my own. My range is 2200 to 2500 per day minimum. I don't look at cron-o-meter's base at all. That is for the average SAD person losing weight. 80/10/10 is not a calorie restrictive program. It is eating MORE CARBS for natural weight loss and energy.
Drop the idea of the amount of weight you want to lose. It isn't up to you. Eat enough, consume the 80/10/10 quotient (I hope you've read the book!) and sleep, hydrate, be active, and you will lose weight.

You tell cronometer how much you want to eat (shoot for min. 3000) and cronometer better listen!!! :)))
Permalink Reply by Ashlee on June 7, 2012 at 12:38am Haha, Thanks! I'm not listening to cronometer, I'm shooting for 2500 at least now. Going great so far! Although I may not be losing weight really quick I know that ONE DAY(even if it takes a few years) I'll be as skinny as Freelee, lol:)

Permalink Reply by Ashlee on June 17, 2012 at 4:01am Thanks! & I was just so used to being in the habit of letting my weight be the center of my universe, lol. I used to weigh, 3 years ago, 125 pounds at 5'9, now I'm 160 or something. But I was just depressed and anxious all the time about my appearance. Since joining this site I've learned how less important weight is and how much better I feel when I focus more on living my full potential everyday and focusing on how wonderfully I am improving with mental clarity, energy and overall JUST BEING HAPPY for real for once in my life. I have a smile everdyay that isn't fake anymore:) I know that with this program I will eventually lose weight but honestly now I don't care how long it takes. I'm just being patient and enjoying everyday.
And thank you so much Joanna, that's very sweet. I will definately focus on being the best me, not just outside, but very much more inside:)
