I don't know what your eating but my skin broke out if I ate peanuts.. Like all around my chin and cheeks.
Impossible to not eat any fat you mean you eat low fat.
Cut out the avocado for a few months.
Cut out oil, drugs like birth control, foundation etc
Drink enough water, exercise, bed by 8-9, low stress,
For me when I eat too much fat such as almonds or avocado my skin breaks out! Chia seeds are cool with me though.
