Hello, moonchildren! I have made a pact with myself to take on and complete Freelee's challenge...lock, stock, and banana!! :D
Anyone who is interested is more than welcome to join in. One straight year of endulging in fresh fruits and veggies, VERY little overt fats, tons of water, tons of sleep, tons of sunshine, plenty of exercise, and lots of quality family time. :D

I've been trying to eat 80-10-10 while including cooked foods and it hasn't been going amazingly. :(
I normally do things all or nothing but this time around decided to just relax and ease into it.
Perhaps a challenge like this is what I need but I'm hesitant to commit to something (again) and end up failing. Instead, I'll start with a 1 week commitment to HCRV, get my bearings, and go from there.
I'm much more excited about it than this post makes it sound! lol. I was feeling great on nearly all raw and high carb vegan but slacked off for a couple of weeks. I'm ready to regain some footing and more beginning tomorrow morning. Woot!
Permalink Reply by Greenmama on June 19, 2012 at 2:12am I suggest one day at a time! And to see everything as a learning experience and part of your progress. I found that using the words failure, failing, backwards, etc. made it harder to shift the patterns that I wanted to shift.
