not sure about the documentary but she does have a couple books out avail online . i know one is called Tippi My book of Africa.

I really need to know what this song is. Also, I looked around and some people said you can watch it on the national geographic channel on thursdays but I couldn't find any info on their site...

edit: Found it, "porcelain" by Moby, I knew it was him.

The song is Porcelain, by Moby.  I'm not sure if the Bridging the Gap doco was ever actually made.  the thing on NatGeo is something else.  There's The World According to Tippi on youtube, but it's in French, and, as far as I can tell, it was never translated.   I totally wish this kid had been around when I was growing up.  I had to combine Pippi Longstocking and Gerald Durrell books.
