To me, a perfectly healthy woman doesn't have a trace of cellulite.

Am I wrong about this?

Because if cellulite is there it means that the fat is coming through the elastic part of the skin and making it weak right? Making a bumpy apperence. So if that person didn't have that extra fat, it wouldn't be there at all, am I correct??

I only ask because I actually have some I want to get rid of. i was talking to my mom about it, and as much as she said " you look fine" and that it's natural... It was just making me upset. I feel like it's really not natural! And not suppose to be there. Help me out here? This is a crying matter. Things like this stress me out.

I could really lose some weight. Even though other people don't see it, I can feel it. Ya know?

Stop stressing over minor, unimportant details and focus on doing good things for you and others in this life. Care for your body...eat well, move, sleep, hydrate, laugh, work, play, give...and you won't need to care about cellulite. Either it will go away or your fretting over it will go away. Live a contributing life and focus on real problems in this world.

Exactly. I usually walk 3 miles a day with my dog. And yoga in the morning. But due to a wrist injury, I have to wait on that one. Also I have a mini trampoline that I like to use..after doing it for a couple days in a row, it hurts my back! Ha not good.

I just love having non health concious people around who look better than I do -.- haha feels ggrreeeaat. Oh well. Looking good doesn't mean as much as feeling good. But still.

I used to have the back pain after mini tramping (LOL) too but that was when i was eating more fat and cooked starches. once i started working on strengthening my kidneys with mostly fruit (lots of oranges and melons and grapes) and some greens, the pain went away and hasn't come back since. actually, i shouldn't say that. i had some hummus on new years and not only did i smell like garlic for a few days, but the back pain felt like it was coming back a wee bit. same thing when i have overt fats more than like, one serving a week.

i say amp up the melons, citrus and grapes. if you make oj, try mixing in a few lemons, or try starting your morning with a few lemons juiced and diluted in a few cups of water. cellulite, to my knowledge, is just trapped lymph. fruit, especially melons, citrus and grapes, really get your lymph pumping and flowing, and they also open up the eliminative channels through your kidneys so you can get rid of the lymph. get your lymph pumping and filtering and the cellulite will disappear :)

No, I do not believe cellulite would be present on a perfectly healthy body. It is pollution trapped in fat cells - it might be a 'healthy' defensive response by an overtaxed body trying to minimise the toxins going through your organs of elimination, but it is not a sign of health.

i really have to say that cellulite has other resons and there are many space arround also on the internet were you can read s body.

cellulite is may be not a sign of health but it is definitly no sign of an unhelathy body.
