A heartfelt thank you to this community

Hi guys- you probably don't know me because I don't post very often. However, I've been here for over a year and read this site as a guest every day for a year before that. I've noticed lately that activity is increasing and we are growing hugely in numbers! This is sure to cause some growing pains and therefore I want to thank all of you long-termers from the bottom of my heart for working as hard as you do to share your experiences and guide new members. If it weren't for all of you, this site wouldn't be possible.

I haven't talked to you guys directly, but you have still changed my life for the better in more ways than I can count and I'm thankful to have all of you. And just think...I'm sure there are a ton of people like i was who watch the site but aren't members, so your impact is probably much bigger than you even realize.

And for those of you who haven't been here for long...I can tell you firsthand that many of the same people have been posting consistently since I started reading two years ago, and these guys are the epitome of walking the walk. And there are a lot of others who were having problems when I started reading who seem to be doing great now. It can take time, but have patience and keep the faith. Amazing things can and do happen to people who stick around here for a while (as long as you put in effort, of course).

This diet isn't easy(at least at first), but if we all keep working together this community will double in size before we know it and more people will be succeeding on HCRV then ever!

So true. Haven't been here that long myself, have been observing for maybe 6 months or so but I still feel like my life has changed soooo much as my knowledge and understanding for things keeps expanding. I don't know where I would be if it wasn't for this forum and the people who are actively spreading the message and helping others. Scary thought. Anyways, great post. :)

I share your feelings of gratitude for this community and for all the members here who so generously share their wisdom and give their support and encouragement and heartfelt stories. I have learned so much here and continue to learn and grow every time I come here. It is also very fulfilling to help others. It is a valuable gem we have here!

I agree, I think this website is outstanding. I relate to it in the same way that I relate to good friends, with joy, relief at finding likeminded individuals, and, yes, with love.

I'm totally with you...I've lurked for quite a few months before joining (recently); and though I do not post often, I enjoy reading the forum. 30Bad is definitely one of the best, if not THE best...and I couldn't be happier to be a part of it.
