Did you check out Grok's website did a blog on that he was primal for 2years last 6-7 months vegan mostly 811

Somebody should post to her or contact her and tell her about 30 bananas for help or natural hygiene. She is getting 80 10 10 which should help but you can see from her eating that she needs a little help.

 

Today's diet: Breakfast- 1 papaya, 1/2 honey dew. 
                snack- 3 oranges
                 
RAN 6 MILES
           after workout- 1.5 banana's, strawberries, protein powder blended.
                       also handful almonds, dried blueberries and carrots.
            snack- red pepper, pumpkin and broccoli soup I made in my new Vitamix blender. Also 2 T of hummus.

dinner will be a cantaloupe and Banana Mash for dessert (frozen banana blended with berries into an ice cream consistency)

I feel so alive and brimming with energy!!!!  Below is my fuit stash for the next few days...... yuuuummmm.

She's a new member here now, so she's well on the right track.

for every 'vegan' who goes back to eating animals, there's an animal eater going vegan. which is a relief!

Hey guys, That's my site and I am  glad you found it.... lol.  I am on day 3 of 811 and I love it so far... I haven't been "perfect" but I am transitioning into it, I am about 95% raw. Now that some of you may read my blog I will make sure and update it regularly!!!  

I have really stuggled with my diet in the past 4 months.... I tried SO HARD to make Primal/low carb work for me.... and I really thought the problem wasy ME, but it was honestly the diet!   I LOVE LOVE LOVE running working out and staying active. 811 is the BOMB! I have SO MUCH energy and I just feel so alive! Thanks for the positive comments, and if you have any advise I would love to hear it. :)))

welcome laura! 8-1-1 is absolutely amazing...especially for runners, it literally feels like cheating, you're always hydrated and your glycogen stores are always topped off and ready to go plus you recover way better than ever before! definitely check out michael arnstein's page here and at thefruitarian.com
