Day 3 HCLF Raw Vegan! I really love it! I bought a bunch of fruit and put it out to to ripen. I've been eating a TON of food and am not feeling sick or stuffed from it which I LOOVE. I also did much better on my fat intake yesterday. I only had one avocado which I know is a lot but its a lot less than I had the day before! Whats I thought was so interesting though was that after I ate the avocado I felt nauseous and nasty. The rest of the day I was pretty much stuffing myself with fruit and felt great. The only concern I have is that I dont really give my digestion much of a break because I'm always wanting to eat! I hope that this is just a transtion and that soon I'll be able to just sit down to 15 oranges and then not eat till lunch time. I love this forum and this diet though! Another cool thing that happened was that the other day my boyfriend told me that I seem to have a lot more energy. He even started asking me about the raw food diet. Then I was telling my sister about it and after she critisized it a crapload she actually started asking me more about it because of how much energy I told he it gives me. I really want to be an example for people by doing this lifestyle. Thanks for all the support!
Your digestion does not need a break. Sleepy guts are a bad thing. They are made to be active. I ate constantly when I first switched. Isn´t the energy amazing! Funny about your sister. She is going to notice you bouncing around with all that energy. Everyone around me who follows my diet adventures are now much more interested and serious as they see visible results. I also love the light on my feet feeling even though I am eating so much.

Thanks for your reply Myca! Thank you for the encouragement to keep eating. I used to suffer from anorexia which makes it very difficult at times to wrap my head around eating whenever I want. But this is so amazing for me because I eat all I want and each time I eat I feel more and more energized! Its sofunny, I just made another smoothie that had 3 oranges, a banana, 3 dates, 5 strawberries, a handful of blueberries and a handful of blackberries. (earlier I had one with an orange, a mango, a banana, dates and berries plus I ate 3 oranges!) my mom saw me making it and was like "is this all for you?! thats a lot! Thats not good!". I just smiled and did my little fruit dance (I am always so happy when I eat raw fruit that i do a happy dance) Its funny how conditioned we are to think that 3 oranges is too much! My boyfriend eats half a pound of grassfed beef but says that eating bananas is bad for you!
Your stomach will need time to expand. Soon it will be easier to eat 1K+ calories at a meal. For now, keep grazing, it sounds like it is working for you.
