811 and sex drive
I'm curious- did adopting an 811 lifestyle affect anyone's sex drive? How so?

For me yes, but I don't know really whether its because of the 811 or because I lost a lot of weight and feel sexier, but I can definately say I do become sexually aroused more often.

I believe there was a previous thread about this - I remember Bliss commenting on it regulating her high sex drive.
I think it helps sex drive, but I already have a high sex drive. Mix two fruit-lovin' fit people together, and it kinda skyrockets...

Ok, so it isn't just me. Sounds like we were in the same boat. Mine was ridiculous before, and after the first week of LFRV, it's seeming a little more balanced. Maybe it's all the mouth orgasms I've been having with all this fresh, ripe fruit.
As for those fetishes...it's given me a new one. Raw vegan sex. LOL.

mine is about the same (HIGH!)... i'd say i'm a little bit better about not being grumpy if i don't have sex for a couple days now.. so that's good.

Mines better...think its the great circulation plus I feel a lot sexier when I'm lean and muscular and very hygienic. I just turned 49 and feel sexier and stronger than ever. I even worry sometimes my wife is going to lose interest in sex as she ages and I'm still going to feel like a teenager. Getting regular high intensity exercise doesn't hurt either. Definitely recommend 811 combined with exercise for sexual fitness; I feel sexually invincible...timeless!
