Hello
I have been having a really hard time sticking to this.
I have been off and on for a few months and before that went three months totally 100% 80 10 10 and felt great.
I know it is the best way for me to live and I feel great when I do it.
I am sick of feeling sick with my current lifestyle (still veggie, still heaps of fruit, still exercising, but drinking coffee and alcohol, late nights and bad food).
So, tomorrow I want to start afresh and am keen to have a buddy I can share the journey and support with... if in Australia (I'm in Melbourne) it is just easier with the time zone and being able to chat.
Would someone who wants to live this way for the foreseeable future like to join me in this?
Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you, Safi

Well, I am going to start tomorrow and hope some people would like to team up at some point and not from Australia is ok too... :-)
Permalink Reply by Safi on May 30, 2012 at 10:25pm Oh yes please...I just keep getting back on the horse and then blipping again. It is just so clear to me now that I can not eat another way, I seem very intolerant to other foods and it takes a week to recover from wheat, dairy or soy...so I just keep getting back on and seeking all the help I can get to stay there...
Thanks Franga
Permalink Reply by SummerSalt on May 30, 2012 at 10:05pm Hey!! I'm an aussie too (Melbournian!) and would love some mates...I'm very new to this and still have no friends :( I totally feel your pain in terms of big nights out etc, that is my biggest down fall as well. Maybe we should meet up over a wine and chat about it... HA!!
Permalink Reply by Safi on May 30, 2012 at 10:27pm Sure thing SummerSalt....
I'm not an Aussie, but am at home in Melbourne... would love to be online buddy and maybe we will see you at the next meetup too! (have you joined the Melbourne group? Franga is hoping for a new meetup in a week or two)
Safi :-)

Permalink Reply by Durifran on May 30, 2012 at 10:28pm Ok well why don't we send each other updates once a day (is that too much?) or something just to keep each other up to speed with how we're going. I think this will be helpful for me because it'll make me less inclined to eat rice (this has happened before) because of the shame! Haha. It'd also be interesting to hear about how you feel when you consume cooked food. I know I have pretty interesting symptoms. Would be good to objectively track what's going on.
811 Boot camp starts from tomorrow! Lol!
