I was just wondering why im feeling soo cold all day long even when its hot out..
Then all of a sudden I will get really hot and then super cold again.. Is that part of detoxing?
This is what ive been eating..
5 -6 smoothies..
3 cups of dark greens for each smoothie
1 banana each..
2 dates each
2 cups of broccoli each
1 cup of fruit each
serving size is a little over 2 cups each..
Then Ill have raw fruit or salad through out the day and for dinner ill have
a steamed piece of fish with raw smoothie and raw salad
every day the same thing for the last 7 days
because I have no clue what else to make lol..
But my main issue is feeling cold all the time

Min. 2500cal/day. You're on the right track, but up your calories!
Permalink Reply by Heather Bhagat on June 24, 2012 at 4:07am If we don't eat enough calories, our body doesn't want to use the carbohydrates it has to warm up the body, but rather it uses them for basic body functions. So it's extremely common to feel cold when under-eating, no matter the diet. You're probably only getting 700 calories a day... but like fluffy said, you're on the right tract to healthy eating :D Start your day with 5 bananas, and slowly work your way up to 10 bananas per meal.
