30 Bananas a Day!

Hello everyone, I'm starting a challenge myself this Saturday(7/7), I've been eating a LOT of added salt lately and really too much fat. I've even slipped up once and ate something that contained powdered SOY MILK!!!!! UGHHH!!!! I've been too leanient lately and not being as strict and aware as I should be! My challenge is this:

 

First and Foremost, absolutely NO ANIMAL products, literally check every label twice if you must!

Get 8-10 hours of sleep EVERY night

Try to play outside everyday for vitamin D

Less than 10% fat calories each day

No added salts (I know, tough one), only those naturally occuring

Strictly: 2 fruit meals and 1 cooked meal

No fried foods, of course

Plenty of water (I aim for 1.5 gallons most days, but some people do less)

 

I'll be tracking my progress here, so you can follow and keep me on track if you'd like:) Also if anyone wants to join me I'd love the company. Anyone who's joining me can also give me ideas on the vital things I've missed. Thanks everyone! I won't let you all down!

Day 14

B: 6 bananas, 8 dates, handful of spinach

L: 7 bananas, 4 dates, 1/2 cup berries

2 oranges, 150 g bag of spinach

D: sweet potato, vegetables, tomato sauce

cals: 2548

exercise: cardio recovery

sleep: 8 h

water: 4 l

Day 14:

1/2 cup cranberries, 1 cup raisins, 10 strawberries, 2 cups lettuce

1/2 of a watermelon 

15 dates, 1 avacado, 1 tomato, 2 cups spinach

I'm gonna be honest, I went to a restaurant that night with my parents and had cooked corn and rice. The next morning I'm feeling TERRIBLE. But this is why it's called learning and adapting:) I'm back on board today and won't eat anything cooked again after feeling this way today. Like I said, it's a learning experience:)

D: Green salad(no dressing), 1 corn on the cob and 1 small plate of rice(3/4 cup maybe), then more corn(1 cup steamed)

Calories: 3540

Water: 6.2 liters

Sleep: 9 hours

Sunlight: 30 min.

Exercise: None:(

Day 15

B: 6 bananas, 4 dates, handful of spinach

4 bananas

L: 9 bananas, 4 dates, handful of spinach

2 carrots

D: 3 bananas

Cals: 2650

Water: 4+

Sleep: 9 h

Exercise: pure cardio & cardio abs

Sun: 30 min at the beach

All RAW today! :)

Day 16

B: 8 bananas, 4 dates, handful of spinach

2 bananas

L: 6 bananas 4 oranges

2 carrots

D: sweet potato, veggies, tomato sauce

cals: 2450

exercise: -

sleep: 7 h (went to the cinema late at night)

water: 3 l

By the way, How am I on day 15 and you on day 16? I think I've posted everyday?

I started on Friday 6th of July. Did you start on Saturday maybe? If you count from friday then it is 16th day yesterday (Saturday 21), so it should be correct. And i think we also have a time difference...

Day 15:

B: 5 bananas, 5 white peaches

L: 1/2 watermelon

D: 15 dates, green salad,     4 heads of corn, 1 handful cilantro, 1 roma tomato

water:7 liters

sleep: 9 hours

Exercise: Brisk walking(2.5 mph) 2.5 miles

Sunlight: 30 minutes

B: 7 bananas, 6 dates, handful of spinach

L: 2 l of orange juice

D: sweet potato, veggies

2 bananas

cals: 2500

water: 3 l

sleep: 9 h

exercise: -

im not gonna write for a week now, but seeya next (final!) week :)

Day 16:

B: 5 bananas, 5 dates, 1 apple, then later 12 more dates

L: 5 kiwifruits, 1 bag of salad, 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, 1 roma tomato

D: 12 oz mango & orange juice, 3 mangoes, 3 bananas, 1 plum

Calories: 3268

Sleep: 9 hours

Water: 6 liters

Day 17:

B: 2 canteloupes, 6 bananas

L: 6 slices of pineapple, Green salad, 1 tomatoe, 1.5 cup raisins

D: 8 dates, 1/2 of a butternut squash, 2 ears of corn, handful cilantro, 1 tomato, 1/2 red bell pepper

Calories:3074

water: 7 liters

sleep: 8 hours

Sunlight: 20 min

Day 18:

B: 9 banana smoothie

L: 8 daniella magoes

D: 1 cup Jackfruit, 16 medjool dates

Snack @ movies: Dried cherries, 1.5 cups

Calories:4352

Sleep: 9.5 hours!:)

Exercise: worked for 8 hours, moderately active

Sunlight: Not much, <10 minutes

Water:5-6 liters

I think I'm gonna start Turbofire again, I have enough energy now so I might as well:) The only problem is that I'll have to get up an hour earlier so I'll lose some sleep but I'll take naps throughout the day if I must. Still contemplating though....
