Here was my day 1
DAY 1: spread through the day
1/4 large papaya
1/2 pineapple
15 strawberries
10 bananas
5 mandarines
2 apples
5 medjool dates
1 orange
Exercise: 10 mins of yoga at 4am
Water: 2.5 litres
Sleep: only about 4 hrs! Terrible insomnia last night - going to bed early tonight.
Feelings: Very tired, really felt like cooked dinner. Amazed at my abstinence.

Cals = 2311 (2068 net)
Exercise: 22 mins of Kickboxing
Water: 2.75 litres
Sleep: 9.5 hours (making up for last night)
Feelings: A bit flat, many thoughts of cooked food. So glad I didn't though. Well done me!

Go to your notifications and (assuming someone else has either commented or liked your post), find the notification that says that, and click it and it will take you directly to your post.

B/fast - 4 persimmons & 1 banana
mid morning - papaya, pineapple and spinach smoothie
mid afternoon - 5 bananas, 5 mandarines
later afternoon - 5 dates, 1 apple, 1 small handful of trail mix
dinner - 3 cups cos lettuce, cucumber, orange in a salad, 1.5 cups of coconut water, coconut flesh from 2 young coconuts. banana & raspberry smoothie 1.5cups
total cals - 2474
water - 2.25 litres
exercise - 30 mins step video, 20 mins brisk walk
sleep - 7 hours
feeling - really grumpy this afternoon - not getting enough time to chill.

water -1.75 litres (not enough)
exercise - 30 mins brisk walk/run
sleep - 7 hours
feeling - mood starting to lift this afternoon. Feeling quite clear-headed

later - handful of nuts, a banana
dinner - 4 olives, 3 mandarines
total cals - 1929
water -2 litres
exercise - none
sleep - 6 hours (very bad tummy pains at night - had to get up, take medication and chamomile tea)
feeling - pretty good all day, grumpy this evening - tummy pains again. Couldn't eat a proper dinner

exercise - weights 35mins, walk/run 25mins
sleeping - 9 hours
feeling - still recovering from tummy pains last night - bit tender. Feeling resolved to heal my peptic ulcer which I am certain I have. Started reading Dave Klein's self healing colitis and crohn's again for some tips on management.

a/tea - 2 banana & 10 medjool date smoothie
dinner - 700ml green juice (carrot, apple, lettuce, spinach, celery)
3 bananas, 1/2 very small avocado.
total cals - 2970cals (my most ever!)
water - 2.5L
exercise - 2.5 hours of housework, 10 min run, 35 min weights
sleep - 9 hours
feeling - Have had a mild sinus headache all day today, but feeling energised and even in temperament all day long.

Ate stacks today - another 2600 cal day
b/fast - 1/2 papaya
midmorning - orange and apple juice (6 pieces in total)
lunch - 5 bananas
afternoon - 6 bananas, 4 dates, 1 cup of berries
dinner - green juice (carrots, celery, ginger, apple, parsley, spinach, cos lettuce)
supper - 2 bananas
water - 2.5L
Exercise - 10 mins yoga, 10 min run, 50 min kickboxing dvd
sleep - 8 hours
feeling - the headache has gone today and I didn't take drugs at all (yayy!). Feeling very zen, played with kids, no crabbiness AT ALL. Absolutely LOVING feeling this way. My skin is starting to heal the stress zits on my chin. No tummy pain today either.
